Our Impact
We’ve worked on improving the lives of over 300 young orphans through direct practice, providing not just essential supplies like food, clothing, and educational materials, but also engaging them in enriching activities that foster joy, creativity, and a sense of community. Through our efforts, these children have experienced the warmth of belonging and the thrill of discovery, particularly in the realms of arts and technology. Our storytelling sessions, dance workshops, and introductory computer science programs using simple scratch games have ignited curiosity and hope, helping to lay a foundation for lifelong learning and personal growth.
What We Do
At GWAGs, we are driven by a profound commitment to enhance the lives of orphans beyond basic needs, aiming to foster joy, knowledge, and potential. Here are some key initiatives we have implemented:
Technological Empowerment and Partnerships
We introduced orphans to the fascinating world of technology in collaboration with CODAM Technology, a local startup in Douala. This partnership included a memorable visit where the children were shown how to use a 3D printer, opening their eyes to new possibilities and inspiring a keen interest in science and technology.
Interactive and Educational Play
Our visits to orphanages are filled with activities that are as enjoyable as they are instructive. We engage children in a variety of games, such as dance competition, puzzle solving, relay races, and interactive storytelling. These activities are designed not just for fun but to enhance their problem-solving skills, teamwork, and creative thinking, providing both laughter and learning in their daily lives.
Comprehensive Support Through Donations
We extend our support through a variety of donations, including food, clothing, books, and educational materials. These contributions are gathered from our individual donations—both material and financial—as well as through our fundraising campaigns. Each donation is aimed at addressing the specific needs of the orphanages we support, ensuring that each child receives the resources necessary to thrive.

Despite our young ages, we at GWAGs believe it is our duty to assist the less privileged within our society. These young orphans not only reveal the challenges and shortcomings within our communities, but they also motivate us to address these issues comprehensively. By supporting them, we strive to renew their hope and create an environment where they can thrive. Our goal is to mend the gaps in societal support and help these children build a brighter, more prosperous future. We consider ourselves merely conduits of blessing, through which God, our Father in Heaven, extends His grace and love. Each step we take in this journey reaffirms our commitment to serving and uplifting the spirits of these children, guiding them towards a promising future filled with opportunities.
